HEWEI EOD Robot
Introduction
EOD Robot is a high-tech equipment designed specifically for Anti-terrorism, EOD, public safety and other fields. It can replace EOD personnel to perform tasks such as reconnaissance, transfer, dismantling and destruction of explosive devices or hazardous items. Through remote control, it can replace people entering high-risk environments, significantly reducing the risk of casualties, and is widely used in military, special police, firefighting, customs and other scenarios.

1. High Flexibility and Mobility
①All-terrain Adaptability: Equipped with a track + swing arm composite chassis, it can easily cope with complex environments such as stairs, gravel, swamps, and snow. The maximum climbing angle is ≤45°.
②360° Operation: It can turn in place and operate flexibly in narrow spaces.
③Flexibility: For different operation requirements, different models of robotic claws can be replaced to perform tasks.
2. Precise Operation Ability
① Multi degree of freedom robotic arm: 6-axis high-precision robotic arm, rated load of 25kg, maximum load of 50kg, end repeat positioning accuracy ± 1mm, supports cutting, grasping, drilling, egg clamping and other operations.
② Modular design: Adopting the modular design concept, functional modules such as water exploder disrupter, portable X-ray machine, sound wave disperser can be quickly replaced through standard interfaces, flexibly adapting to diverse task requirements.
③ Modular battery, quick change, good task assurance.
3. Safety and Reliability
① Autonomous obstacle avoidance: Equipped with ultrasonic sensors, it accurately detects obstacles within 1.5 meters, automatically warns and avoids them, and has reliable obstacle avoidance capabilities.
② Emergency protection: Equipped with a one button emergency switch, it can instantly cut off the power supply in case of operational errors or danger, providing safety assurance for equipment operation.
③ Chassis with brake, it will brake when the power is cut off..
